Recipe: Ayola Blend Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour

  • 1 packet instant yeast (10g)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups warm water

Method:

  1. Mix dry ingredients (both flours, yeast, salt, sugar)
  2. Add oil and warm water, knead for 10 minutes until smooth
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour (until doubled)
  4. Punch down, shape into a loaf
  5. Place in a greased loaf pan, let rise 30 more minutes
  6. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden
