Recipe: Ayola Blend Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup Ayola Special Ugali Blend
- 1 packet instant yeast (10g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.5 cups warm water
Method:
- Mix dry ingredients (both flours, yeast, salt, sugar)
- Add oil and warm water, knead for 10 minutes until smooth
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour (until doubled)
- Punch down, shape into a loaf
- Place in a greased loaf pan, let rise 30 more minutes
- Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden
